Be the Difference: QPR Suicide Prevention Training for Case Management Professionals
Join us on May 7th!
Suicide remains a critical public health concern and a leading cause of preventable death across the United States. Nurses and social workers are uniquely positioned to recognize distress, respond compassionately, and guide individuals toward safety. This interactive QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training equips participants with practical, evidence‑based skills to identify warning signs of suicide, reduce stigma, and intervene effectively during moments of crisis. Through discussion, demonstration, and scenario‑based learning, attendees will learn how to initiate supportive conversations, offer hope, and connect individuals to appropriate resources. Participants will leave this session prepared to serve as trained gatekeepers within their organizations and communities, empowered to save lives through timely and compassionate intervention.
