John Maxwell's Team coach credential, Ron, brings a powerful combination of expertise and experience.
Ron actively shapes the future of leadership through board roles with the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families. His past presidency at the Association of Talent Development Midlands Chapter reflects his dedication to cultivating the next generation of leaders and fostering positive change in organizations and communities.
Connor Shaw
Health & Wellness Coach
After a career in football, Connor engages organizations to build a culture of wellbeing. As a health & welfare consultant with Gallagher, his new playbook is helping people make health a priority.
 
Connor also hosts youth skills camps in partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs throughout South Carolina with the goal of encouraging physical fitness, competition, & inspiring the next generation through sports.
 
Connor and his wife, Molly, have three children: Mila (Me-la), Decker, & Cutler.
Hope Broadway

Hope Broadway is a seasoned human resources professional with over 30 years of experience in creating and executing HR strategies that drive business growth, employee development, and positive workplace culture. She has held leadership roles across various industries, including manufacturing, transportation, financial services, and education, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for an insurance services company in South Carolina. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, Hope specializes in talent development, change management, and employment law. She now leads Palmetto HR Business Partners LLC, offering HR consulting and outsourcing services to small and medium-sized businesses. Based in Sumter, SC, she enjoys family time and amateur abstract painting
Reggie Belcher
Attorney
Reggie Belcher has practiced labor and employment law for nearly 30 years.  Reggie is certified as a Specialist in Employment and Labor Law by the South Carolina Supreme Court and is Turner Padget Law Firm’s Practice Group Manager for its Workplace Litigation Team.  He also is a Certified Mediator, Certified Arbitrator, and a professor of labor relations at the University of South Carolina.
Anthony Rivers
Physical Security & Safety Leader
Anthony "Tony" Rivers is the Physical Security and Safety Manager at SAFE Federal Credit Union, a role he has held for over seven years. With more than 17 years in local law enforcement, he gained extensive training and certifications in disciplines such as defensive tactics, emergency vehicle response, and active shooter response. Transitioning to the private sector, Tony earned the prestigious Certified Protection Professional designation and became a certified instructor for Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE). A sought-after speaker on safety topics, Tony even met his wife, Jamie, following one of his presentations in 2016.
Phillips McWilliams
Labor Attorney
Phillips is a labor and employment attorney who regularly counsels employers on a variety of employment and labor issues in an effort to avoid litigation. He also defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, to include discrimination, non-competition, harassment, defamation, USERRA violations, and other federal and state employment law issues.
Phillips regularly assists employers in traditional labor law matters, to include union campaigns and unfair labor practice charges.
He provides a tailored approach to each issue or case a client brings to him with the goal of ensuring the client can reach their objectives, thus ensuring a satisfactory result. Ultimately, he understands that each company he represents is a business that serves the community and the company can only continue its business if he works to find creative, long-term solutions to their problems.
As a former infantry officer and combat veteran, Phillips is not intimidated when undertaking daunting tasks or cases as an attorney.
Jean Ann Lambert
Community Resource Director
Jean Ann Lambert has worked in the Mental Health field for over 35 years. She began her career at an Outdoor Adolescent Treatment Center, has worked in psychiatric hospitals, and presently serves the Community at large. She received her Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling with a concentration in psychiatric studies from the School of Medicine at the University of South Carolina.
Jean Ann is currently the Community Resource/Education Director at Mental Health America of S.C. Her job primarily is teaching Certifications in Mental Health and Suicide Prevention as well as supporting MHASC programs statewide, and providing Client Services.
In her free time, Jean Ann loves to travel, bake, hike, watch documentaries/movies and spend time with friends and family; especially her husband and three adult children.
