OMHRP November Session: Discover Acts & Omissions by Managers Can Be Evidence of Discrimination or Retaliation
Join us on November 19th!
This interactive session is designed to help Oklahoma’s municipal HR leaders understand how leadership acts—and omissions—can expose a municipality to discrimination or retaliation claims. The session translates the 2025 case Jenny v. L3Harris into real-world implications for Oklahoma cities and town, focusing on lessons for HR, supervisors, and department heads.

Participants will explore:
-What behaviors and patterns courts now recognize as retaliatory or discriminatory
-Where municipalities are most vulnerable (e.g. after accommodations, during reorganizations, or if policy is bypassed)
-How to document, respond, and train managers to mitigate these risks

Join us for lunch, learning and fellowship.
