2022 STL Manufacturing and Distribution Career Fair 
Take the next step in your industrial career on April 21st!
On Thursday, April 21st, 2022, Conflux Co-Learning, SLATE, and St. Louis County are co-hosting the 2022 Manufacturing and Distribution Career Fair from 1pm to 6pm. Job seekers will be able to meet and learn about promising career opportunities with manufacturing and distribution companies across the St. Louis metro region. These positions may offer signing bonuses, full benefits, opportunities for career growth, competitive pay, and many do not require a college degree. If you are a job seeker with an interest in any of the following roles or industries, please register and attend the career fair: advanced manufacturing, machining, welding, robotics, logistics, warehouse operators, supply chain management, automation, maintenance, technicians, engineering, customer service, operations, sales, and accounting.

Located in the former Carondelet School building in South St. Louis, the 26,000-square-foot facility underwent a $2 million expansion that includes a variety of options for Conflux members including collaborative workspace, event space, recording studio and state-of-the-art teleconferencing rooms. Originally built in 1871, the Carondelet School served 400+ children of local working-class laborers, manufacturers, and artisans.

* By Bus: Make your way to the Hampton/Gravois Transit Center. Take the 9 bus southbound (Telegraph & Baumgartner Via Vets Hosp) via Germania. Get off at Marceau @ Minnesota. Walk north on Marceau for 0.5 blocks and east on Minnesota 1.0 blocks to arrive at Conflux Co-Learning (old Carondelet School).
* By Car: From Chesterfield/West County - take 270 South toward Lindbergh/55. Follow signs for I-55 N. Get off at exit 202A from 55 N. Take River City Blvd to Alabama. Left on Alabama, and immediate right onto Marceau. In two blocks, take a left onto Minnesota Ave.

From Illinois - Take 64 West into Missouri. Follow I-64 W and continue onto 55 S. Take exit 202B from I-55. Left onto Germania/Marceau. In two blocks, take a left onto Minnesota Ave.

What is the dress code?
Job seekers are encouraged to wear business attire.
What is your COVID policy?
In cooperation with St. Louis City public health guidelines, we are recommending all attendees to the career fair wear masks, regardless of vaccination status. Handshaking is highly discouraged. There will be one-way traffic in the large rooms with exhibitor booths and hand sanitizing stations throughout. If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (or any other transmissible sickness) on the day of the fair, please do not attend the fair and instead contact [email protected] for information on alternate ways to connect with employers outside of the fair.
Anything else I should know?
Job seekers are encouraged to bring multiple printed copies of their resume to the career fair. If you need assistance creating or updating your resume, please contact SLATE in St. Louis City and or reach out to a job center near you.
