We invite you to join us to help raise funds for Sunbeams Music Trust, in true Genesis Charity Ball fashion as we dance the night away!

Dress Code : Black Tie - Dress to impress.

A table of 10, welcome fizz, a delicious 3 course meal and show stopping entertainment - Table price £2000.

We are also offering a limited number of VIP premium tables for £2400. This includes all of the above plus a drinks package and of course, the best seats in the house!

Transport: There will be transport available from Carlisle, Penrith and Kendal to arrive at Low Wood Bay for 6:30pm , departing to Kendal, Penrith and Carlisle at midnight.

Departure time from Carlisle - 5:00pm.
Departure time from Penrith- 5:15pm.
Departure time from Kendal- 6:00pm.

Please note - Transport must be reserved with your RSVPs.

Parking: If you are driving on the evening, there is a large car park at the rear of the hotel available for use.
Please note that all vehicles are left entirely at owner’s own risk.

Accommodation: There are a limited number of rooms available for a 1 night stay at the Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa on Saturday 11th November.
There are a larger number of rooms available for 2 night stays should you wish to make a weekend of it. Please book these directly via the reservations team at Low Wood Bay.
We would recommend booking this as soon as possible due to limited availability.

Throughout the evening there will be a live charity auction and a silent auction both taking place, with plenty of fantastic prizes available to bid on!
If you are able to donate a prize for the auction at all, we would be incredibly grateful.

Sunbeams provides Music For Life and Music For Dignity Projects in outreach venues, at the bespoke Sunbeams Music Centre, (just outside of Penrith), and online. The Charity aims to improve quality of life and self-esteem through the creative power of music and we would love to raise as much money as possible for them during the course of the evening.


Ways to donate: Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the evening and we have some fantastic prizes donated by some of our wonderful suppliers, all up for grabs!

We will be happy to receive cash or card donations on the evening.
Please note contactless payments will be available.
There will also be gift aid donation envelopes on the table.

Tickets will be posted out to you in advance - Please ensure you bring these with you on the evening as you will need them for entrance to the venue.
