Covid-19 Safety Procedures

Our first priority is the health and safety of our staff and members.

And while our 2020 Virtual Retreat was an awesome opportunity to gather online, it wasn't the same. We elected to move forward with a smaller in-person event this year with the help of Hilton Resorts and an awesome event planning team.

We are following the CA Department of Public Health and local county guidance that recommends everyone wear a face covering in indoor public settings, whether you've been vaccinated or not.
All registered attendees are required to complete a pre-event questionnaire with any non-vaccinated individuals will be required to submit proof of a negative Covid test within 72 hours prior to arrival.

Our opening reception will take place in an outdoor setting and we've reduced the overall size of the event to maintain less than 50% of room occupancy during all sessions.

Hilton was selected as our host property in part due to their elevated cleaning standards and sanitation policies. Below are details on their initiatives for ensuring a safe stay for overnight guests as well as their food & beverage service.
