On the first Friday of each month through 2023, I invite you to join me for a FREE motivational and transformational talk where through candid sharing I hope to inspire you to take your next leap to greater success. Through the ongoing coming together of this growing community and connection, we'll also recognize and celebrate our leaps together, and encourage each other as we forge ahead on our paths.

There's no sales or gimmicks here, and this event is not affiliated with any business. It's inspired by community, and for community. 

Event Overview
It's been three months since I first invited you to join me in community for these monthly motivational talks. My goal has been and continues to be to inspire others to 'leap' at success, and ultimately achieve genuine joy and fulfillment in their lives. For me, facilitating these events has been my own personal 'leap', and while I'm proud of myself for going after something I dreamed of doing, living my dreams always comes with failures and lessons learned along the journey.

This month, Leap 4: Fail Forward Fast, is a real time key to my own continued success facilitating these talks. From general fear and anxiety, to missed self imposed deadlines, broken links, disappointments, and missed opportunities, failure is never comfortable, but I firmly hold the belief that as natural comfort seekers, discomfort sparks action within us to change, grow and evolve, moving us closer to success.

This month, we'll get candid as ever as we unpack and expose our real time current leaps and embrace our failures. We'll talk about how to celebrate our failures as key components to achieving success, and we'll talk about how to reframe failures for forward motion. We'll take time to reflect on how failure has affected us in the past, and you'll have an opportunity to perhaps rewrite your own definition of failure. We'll spend time sharing and getting to know each other in community, and if this topic resonates with you, I invite you to share about a recent or current leap of yours and a failure you want to celebrate.
