1st Annual Benefit BBQ Cookoff
Thank you for your interest in the 1st Annual Benefit BBQ Cookoff, hosted by Men's Alliance Buffalo Tribe, Woman's Alliance Silver Tribe and Grace Baptist Church. All proceeds will be donated to the Earles’ Family Adoption Fund. There is a $25 entry fee for all competitors, collected by cash or check on the day of the event.
Competitors will bring their best Pulled Pork BBQ, style of your choice, to be judged anonymously by a panel of hungry judges. The winner will receive a trophy and bragging rights for a year. The winner will also be asked to come back next year and defend their title!
You will need to supply your own medium to large pork butt for your entry. Enough meat should be available for judging as well as sampler and plate sales.

Third Place winner will receive a medal

This event will be so much fun and would be the perfect weekend activity for your family! There will be a petting zoo, face painting, a silent auction with tons of great items donated by our sponsors, music by Day of Rest, amazing food and so much more!!

Cody and I have always known we wanted to adopt, we’ve made excuses over the years continuously thinking it wasn’t the perfect time. God has made it abundantly clear now is the right time. We’re just along for the ride, saying “yes”, .. knowing we’re doing it for God, not for ourselves or a pat on the back. All children are a blessing, a joy, and what a privilege to be able to steward, teach and raise them up in Christ’s name. We take our job as parents seriously and feel like we can offer a child a wonderful loving home here at our farm in Pilot, VA.
