Join the many Northwest tribal housing staff, advocates, and other organizations on Tuesday, September 17 through Thursday, September 19, for our Fall Conference.  Both housing Staff and BOC/Council members are sure to benefit from this speicial event.

In addition to our regular business meeting on Tuesday morning, we will be having a peer group discussion where you can open topics you want to share with your fellow housing professionals. In the afternoon we will be having two informative presentations, including information regarding the new environmental review requirements, and a presentation from the NwONAP staff.

Our Banquet Tuesday evening will include a special tribute to former NWIHA Chairman, Brook Kristovich, led by former NWIHA Executive Director Joe Diehl. We will also be presenting the NWIHA Annual Awards, recognizing housing staff and BOC/Council members.

Our training this meeting will be featuring 1 1/2 days devoted to the new Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliance requirements, to be effective in October. Attorney Ed Goodman will be leading a compliance training that you won't want to miss. We encourage program directors, procurement officers, project managers, and all other staff who are involved in the procurement process to attend.
