We are going back to Chicken and Pickle for the 2024 After Prom event!  We have listened to your feedback and will be changing the hours of the event to occur from 11:00pm - 2:00pm.  We will be loading buses and leaving around 1:30am which will put us back to the high school at 2:00am.

DETAILS:

• Check in will start at 10:00pm in the parking lot of Spring Hill High School.
• The buses will leave no later than 10:30pm.
• Please provide a copy of your QR code that was given during registration - ID’s could be verified in some cases.
• Location of After Prom 2024 - Chicken and Pickle 5901 W 135th St, Overland Park, KS 66223
• Emergency Contact for students - Emilie Kaiser 913-302-8729
• The Spring Hill After Prom is for Juniors and Seniors and their guests.
• If the student is getting picked up upon return of the buses, please arrive by 2:30am.
• Purses, bags, keys, etc will not be allowed on the bus but will be collected by the After Prom committee in labeled ziplock bags, then returned to the student after returning to the parking lot; cell phones are allowed to be carried to the even location.

STUDENT AND GUEST RULES:

• Riding the bus to and from the event is mandatory with no exceptions.
• Participants agree not to use alcohol or drugs before, during, or after the event
  • Violating this rule will be dealt with by the Police Department
• No purses, bags, or backpacks allowed - cell phones will be allowed
• Students that register and pay but do not show up, will have their parents contacted for verification of attendance before the buses leave
• Students must follow all rules of the even location as presented upon arrival

Any violation of the rules below will necessitate a telephone call to parent/guardian to come and pick up the student from the event location.

We will maintain an alcohol and drug-free environment.
