The Tribal Assistance Coordination Group Conference is intended to bring together tribal emergency managers and program personnel, federal emergency management personnel, Volunteer Organization Active in Disasters (VOAD) personnel, as well as other state, local and NGO emergency management professionals to share the latest program information and best practices for all hazard emergencies and disasters. We look forward to seeing you!

Government lodging available! A block of rooms has been reserved for 75 attendees with a check-in date of May 6, 2024 - May 10, 2024. Check-in is available by 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

All reservations must be made by April 6, 2024. In order to receive the preferred rates, individuals with telephone requests must identify themselves with TAC-G Conference. Individuals need to call (855) 729-6011. Rates cannot be changed upon check-in or at checkout times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis only. Any room cancellations after 6pm, 72 hours prior to the arrival date will result in a penalty of one night's room and tax to be charged to the method in which the reservation was guaranteed. Departures prior to scheduled departure date will be subject to an early departure fee of one night's room and tax.

The Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Hotel will offer a reduced parking fee of $5.00 per day for self-parking for your hotel guests. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Sky Harbor International Airport.
