To register you will need:
-Your Colorado Tax ID Number
-Proof of Insurance
-Photos/Description of Items You Will Be Selling

**All booth fees now include City of Leadville Business License Fee**

Only online applications available, paper applications are no longer an option. This allows the Boom Days Committee to easily track all applications and communicate with vendors more efficiently.

Booth numbers and layout are subject to change, vendors may submit location preference requests but ultimately The Boom Days Committee will make final decisions on booth locations
