Thank you for your interest in participating in Chester County’s Sustainability Summit and Expo! The event will be held on Saturday, May 17th at West Chester University from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The goal of the event is to demonstrate widespread support for environmental sustainability in the county, and to connect the public with helpful resources to implement key sustainability actions in their lives and work. The event will support the county’s Climate Action Plan, which boldly calls for an 80% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.  

The Expo will showcase organizations and businesses in our region whose products and services align with the county’s policies as described in Landscapes3, the Climate Action Plan, and Watersheds 2045. Your application will be reviewed by staff at the Chester County Planning Commission, and you will be contacted within a week of completing this form to confirm acceptance of your application.

Exhibitors will be permitted to set up their table the evening before the event or before 9:30 a.m. the day of the event. We will send out more detailed information on parking, loading, and other logistics closer to the event.
