Note Tri-State staff will offer an optional Wholesale Electric Service Contract (WESC) Member Workshop to share information about the purpose of the WESC, the key components of the WESC, and changes to the WESC recommended by the Contract Committee. This workshop would be beneficial for Member System directors/trustees and staff that have not regularly participated in Contract Committee meetings.
