Building Momentum for What's Next:

We believe momentum drives possibility.

As utilities continue to evolve, so do the tools, technology, and partnerships that support them. Powering Possibility: 2026 Fall Training is focused on helping your team build momentum toward smarter workflows, stronger connectivity, and new opportunities across your organization.

Designed as a user-focused training experience, this event is built to support both new and experienced users with practical sessions, hands-on learning, real-world insights, and knowledge you can take back to your team immediately. Whether you’re looking to strengthen foundational skills, discover time-saving tips and tricks, or learn about the latest platform enhancements, there will be something for everyone.

Join us as we explore the latest advancements in the Partner Software platform, including exciting additions and enhancements to core solutions such as Field Design and our growing Inspection Suite. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge through sessions focused on best practices, workflows, and product updates designed to help teams work more efficiently and effectively.

We're also excited to expand this year's training through our Harris partner business, DataVoice. DataVoice sessions will provide a comprehensive look at the platform, including an overview of key terminology and how OMS, IVR, and Customer Engagement work together to support utility operations. Users will have the opportunity to dive deeper into Dispatcher use, exploring connectivity models, outage predictions, switching workflows, and hands-on scenario exercises. Additional sessions will cover WorkPal, the field crew's mobile interface, recent product releases, power-user tips, and an overview of the 2026 product roadmap.

Beyond the sessions, attendees will have opportunities to network with industry peers, connect with Partner Software and DataVoice experts, and exchange ideas with teams facing many of the same operational challenges and goals.

Together, we’re building momentum for what’s next!
