2026 Gear Grinder Classic
Join us Labor Day weekend, September 6, 2026 for a scenic bike ride through the beautiful Minnetonka Lakes region of Minnesota.
Ride Location:

- Start/End location is family friendly with children's playground and restrooms.
Rider Requirements:
*Experienced riders 18+ only please.
*Younger teens permitted to ride ONLY if accompanied by a parent.)
* Helmets required.
3 Ride Routes
27.5, 45 or 66 mile routes (Scroll down this page to see the route map)
*Note: This year we will not be marking the routes with arrows or signs. We will instead provide .gpx files of each route to registrants which can be uploaded to gpx app trackers on your smartphone. A very easy to use, free app tracker that we have tested with our routes is "gpx viewer 2". If you do not have the routes downloaded to your smartphone, you'll need to ride with someone who does.

Moderate - The ride will consist of a combination of mostly paved trails and some lightly traveled lakeside & country roads.

- Registration Fee: $30 per rider - Fees cover cost for picnic shelter, snacks, beverages & lunch for riders and SAG wagon fuel costs.
- Additional lunches for non-riders: $5 ea.

- We must receive a minimum number of orders prior to 8/4 to ensure pricing.
- If we don't receive the minimum, we will send you a refund.
- Otherwise, refunds are not available once the order is placed.
Jersey's: $107 each
- *Note: This is the list price for 1 jersey. Depending on the number ordered, the price will drop accordingly.
If we get 5 orders, the cost will be reduced to $85 per jersey. If we get 10 orders, the cost will be $75 per jersey, etc.
We will not collect payment until the date ordered. All orders must be received by 8/4 to ensure delivery by ride date.
