Quality Heat Pump Installations and Commissioning
Two-day training with hot meals presented by the Minnesota Air Source Heat Pump Collaborative
While federal heat pump incentives have changed in 2026, homeowner priorities remain the same. They’re still looking for ways to lower energy bills, improve efficiency, and find contractors they can trust for the long term. This training is designed to help you successfully meet customers where they’re at by strengthening your sales and technical skills.

Our heat pump experts have updated this year’s training with market research, new incentives guidance, and best practices so you can deliver high-quality heat pump installations with confidence.

This year, you can gain Energy Skilled Recognition for Heat Pump Installation to boost your business’ profile and visibility on Google. In addition, earn continuing education credits towards NATE certification.

This is a two-day training. Please coordinate your own travel or lodging as necessary.

Can’t make it this time? We're traveling all over the state in 2026, and there are many more opportunities. Check out our schedule here: https://www.mnashp.org/training-events

Who should attend?
This training is ideal for EPA 608-certified installers, selling technicians, and service technicians.

If you're brand new to heat pumps or in a non-technician sales role, you're welcome to join but we recommend our Comfort Advisor training instead. It's on April 22nd at 8 AM, just before this one.
