This year’s Spring Conference includes the NWIHA Members Business Meeting and Part II of NWIHA’s three-part Strategic Planning Training Series. Both housing staff and Board of Commissioners/Council members will benefit from this focused, timely program.
Conference sessions will cover:
- *Federal legal and policy updates
- *Section 4 funding opportunities and strategies for use
- *HUD/Northwest ONAP updates
- *New NWIHA Executive Director Housing Certification Program
- *Member Roundtable discussion
The Strategic Planning Training portion of the conference will focus on Foundations in Strategic Planning: Processes, Models, Tools, and Resources. This session is designed for Board members, Executive Directors/Housing Directors, and management-level staff, and supports tribes in addressing the complex challenges of delivering affordable housing through effective, adaptable planning. This three-part training series will conclude in September 2026, building on lessons from the Winter and Spring Conferences.
On Tuesday evening, join us for the conference banquet, featuring dinner, door prizes, trivia, and the announcement of the 2026 Brook Kristovich Memorial Scholarship awardees. NWIHA is a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and tax-deductible donations to the Scholarship Fund may be made at any time through our website.
