The 26th Annual Ohio Valley Chapter (OVC) Golf Outing has been scheduled for 12:00 on Monday, June 22, 2026, at Summit Hills Country Club in Crestview Hills, KY.  In the past twenty-five years, this event has raised more than $170,000 for scholarships to students in a Master’s Program in Civil Engineering, undergraduate students in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, as well as local outreach events. In an effort to continue supporting the growth of our industry and support of our chapters scholarships, profits from this event will be donated to that ADSC's Industry Advancement Fund.

The success of this golf outing is largely due to the support of the Suppliers, Contractors, and Vendors alike, which participate in what has become a very meaningful and popular event. This year we are again looking for your support for this event. We are offering several different sponsorship opportunities, which entitles you to a hole sponsorship and public recognition during the dinner and awards ceremony. All sponsors are invited to participate in the golf outing. Anyone interested in golf only are also invited to participate in the event at the rates listed below.  Donations are also being accepted for items to be raffled during the dinner and awards ceremony. The Ohio Valley Chapter will also be holding their summer meeting the day of the event, at approximately 9:30 am. All are invited to attend.

Schedule:
9:30 - Ohio Valley Chapter Meeting – Pastries & Coffee
10:30 - Sign-In, Lunch, Meet & Greet
12:00 - Shotgun Start
After Golf - Dinner with beverages will be provided.
Prizes and Raffles will be awarded after dinner.

Golf Format:
Scramble – Each player tees off and the best shot is selected from which all players will play their next shot. This procedure continues until the hole is completed.

Mulligans can be purchased for $5 each, max 2 per player.

Golfing fees include: Green Fees, Cart, Lunch, Dinner and Beverages throughout the day.
