This year the Jambalaya Group will be hosting our annual Operations Leader Conference at the Omni Parker House in Boston, Massachusetts. The conference is an opportunity for you to connect in-person with your peers to share best practices and experiences, listen to industry updates, connect with our Jambalaya team members and wholesale partners in person, network, and experience other engaging content.

Since opening in 1855, Omni Parker House has stood as a Boston icon — the longest continuously operating hotel in the United States, with roots deeply tied to the city’s rich history.
Tucked in the heart of downtown at 60 School Street, the hotel sits just steps from Boston Common, the bustling , and the historic streets of  — giving you the opportunity to explore Boston’s heritage, culture and vibrant city life. Over the decades, the Parker House has welcomed influential figures, artists, political leaders and famous writers — making it a living chapter of Boston’s story.

When to RSVP
Please RSVP by Friday, September 4, 2026. Please include any dietary restrictions you may have so we can make sure they are accommodated.

The Jambalaya Group does not handle room reservations. Please use the link during registration/below or reach out to 1-800-THE-OMNI and reference the Jambalaya Group Operations Leader Conference. 


Cancellation & Transfer Policy: 100% refund if canceled 60+ days prior; 50% refund if canceled 30–59 days prior; No refunds within 30 days of the event. Registrations may be transferred at any time if you’re unable to attend.

Who Can Attend?
The 2026 Jambalaya Group Operations Leader Conference can only be attended by Operations Leaders and COOs. Other team members, including Advisors, AFAs, and other staff, are not able to attend. Attendees can bring significant others and/or family members but they will not be able to attend any of the Jambalaya Group sponsored events. This includes the daily conference as well as dinners and group outings.
What to Wear
For the conference, dinners, and group outings, business casual or casual dress is great.
What is the Cost?
There will be a conference fee of $650, this can be payable via conference registration when you RSVP. This fee covers costs related to Jambalaya Group sponsored events.

The Conference fee for non-Jambalaya Group clients will be $1,000. The fee is payable via conference registration when you RSVP. This fee covers costs related to Jambalaya Group sponsored events.

You will be responsible for your room rate each night and any activities, food and beverage, and transportation outside of Jambalaya Group sponsored events.

Room rate: $329 per night. This will be paid via personal credit card when you check-in. You can reserve your room here:

The group rate will be extended for three nights on either side of the conference, based on availability, if you choose to arrive early or stay later.
