Sarah joined Better Rehab in early 2025 as National Clinical Lead for Positive Behaviour Support. With a background in psychology and public health, she brings extensive experience across disability and wider community services, including mental health and corrections in the context of homelessness.
She has led national discipline governance improvements and strengthened team capability through senior clinical leadership, compliance, and subject matter expert roles. Known for her reflective and highly considered approach, Sarah brings strong attention to detail and a people-focused lens to her work, focusing on developing capable teams to ensure behaviour support is both clinically robust and meaningful to individuals in their everyday environments.
