Jambalaya Group conferences are an invitation-only event reserved for Jambalaya Group clients. The Advisor Conference attendance is limited to firm owners, financial advisors, and Associate Financial Advisors within our client community.
While we value the many roles that contribute to your firm’s success, this experience is thoughtfully designed for advisors and firm leadership. As such, Operations Managers and other team members are not included in this attendee list. (Spoiler Alert… our Operations Leaders have their own exclusive Jambalaya Group Operations Leader Conference each fall—next stop: Boston in 2026!)
Guests are welcome to accompany attendees to New Orleans and enjoy the destination; however, participation in Jambalaya Group–hosted events—including conference sessions, group dinners, and organized activities at Hotel Monteleone—is limited to registered attendees only. In partnership with our wholesaler sponsors, attendance at all Jambalaya Group–sponsored events are restricted to invited clients and affiliated Ameriprise participants.
Pricing and Inclusions
Here’s what’s included and what to plan for at the 2027 Jambalaya Group Advisor Conference:
The conference registration fee is $800 per attendee which includes:
- Full access to all conference sessions and featured speakers
- Opportunities for peer collaboration and idea sharing
- A Jambalaya Group hosted group dinner experience
- Daily breakfast and lunch, along with beverages and refreshments during sessions
Attendees are responsible for airfare, nightly room accommodations, and any activities, dining, or transportation outside of Jambalaya Group–hosted events.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy: 100% refund if canceled 60+ days prior; 50% refund if canceled 30–59 days prior; No refunds within 30 days of the event. We’ve secured a room block at Hotel Monteleone, located in the heart of New Orleans, so you can stay right at the center of the conference experience.
Rooms are available at a group rate of $229 or $269 per night, plus applicable taxes. To receive the group rate, reservations must be made by Friday, January 15th. After this date, availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed. We encourage you to book early, as rooms within the Jambalaya Group block are limited and expected to fill quickly. The group rate is available preconference (Monday and Tuesday) should you wish to extend your stay prior to the conference.

Driving In? Parking Details
If you’re driving in for the conference, valet parking is available at Hotel Monteleone for $48.00 per day, per vehicle, plus 13.245% tax, as space permits.
Please note that parking is not guaranteed and rates are subject to change without notice. We recommend allowing extra time for arrival, especially during peak check-in periods.
