The Cumberland-Old Hickory Yacht Club (COHYC) and VFW Post 9851 are once again partnering for a fundraising event!

The 3rd Annual "Fun in the Sun" Poker Run will begin at the COHYC Facility located at 165 Sunset Drive, Hendersonville, Tennessee (the same cove on Old Hickory Lake as Anchor High Marina, Mile Marker 216.5 near the Old Hickory Dam).

Our goal is to have a fun day on the lake with friends and family including a raft up in the afternoon and a wonderful dinner and party at the end of the day!!

Friday Afternoon & Evening 

Friday Afternoon - "Registration Opens!!" 
2:00 p.m. - Registration opens at Cumberland-Old Hickory Yacht Club facility (The Float)!

-Pick up your Poker Run Packet, T-shirts and Map!

Friday Evening - August 4th
5:30 p.m. - Until! - Meet & Greet at the Cumberland-Old Hickory Yacht Club Facility. Drinks and Hors d'oeuvres to be served.

Saturday Morning - August 5th
8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Last-minute registrations and Poker Run Packet pick-up.

"Fun in the Sun" Poker Run Begins at 10:30 a.m.!!

There will be four stops (stops can be completed in any order):

1. Skinny Dip Cove (Mile Marker 218)

2. Drakes Creek - Boat anchored off Rose's Point (between Drakes Creek Marina & Creekwood Marina)

3. Mile Marker 229.5 - Boat anchored near the mouth of Avondale Cove

4. Mile Marker 224 - Boat anchored at Shutes Branch Cove (behind the island)

- Shutes Branch Cove (Stop 4) is also the raft-up location!!

Once all stops are completed, everyone will meet up in Shutes Branch Cove for a raft up until it's time to head to dinner!

Dinner and refreshments will be held at the Cumberland-Old Hickory Yacht Club facility (The Float) starting at 6:00 p.m.!

Cost for the event is $125 for a Captain and First Mate, which includes 1 poker hand and dinner for two!  Additional dinners can be purchased for $35 per person at the event.  Please see the registration link below for registration and payment details.

Additional registrations and packet pick-up will be held on Friday, August 4th, 2023 and Saturday morning, August 5th at the Cumberland-Old Hickory Yacht Club facility (The Float) at 165 Sunset Drive in Hendersonville, TN.
