Dear Valued Guests,
On behalf of the Nepalese Doctors’ Association (UK) and the Local Organising Committee, it is my privilege to welcome you to the 41st Annual General Meeting, hosted this year at the Village Hotel in vibrant Bracknell, nestled in the picturesque county of Berkshire, close to the magnificent Windsor Great Park, historic Windsor Castle and the distinguished Victoria Barracks.
Our three-day weekend begins on Friday with a warm welcome, arrival snacks, lively entertainment and a thoughtfully curated dinner.
Saturday morning will feature our Annual General Meeting, during which we will discuss and vote on key constitutional updates that members have already been informed about. Concurrent sessions will explore the hotel’s abundant leisure facilities, retail therapy, and mindfulness activities.
Saturday evening brings our elegant Charity Gala Dinner (Black Tie) and a night of exceptional cuisine, captivating entertainment, exciting raffles, NDA family news, a charity auction and a lively disco to celebrate together.
Sunday morning offers a refreshing walk, run, or gym session, followed by inspiring discussions on our charitable initiatives and concludes with a relaxed, lovingly prepared Nepali lunch by talented hotel chefs.
We are grateful for your presence and engagement, which are vital to this event. Let us unite in celebrating our successes, igniting creative ideas, and building even stronger ties that empower our community. Once again, I am genuinely honoured to welcome you to this important gathering of our community members.
With very warm regards,
