Sound Baths are sonic escapes that promote deep relaxation and meditative release. Singing bowls produce binaural frequencies that occasion brain waves similar to dreamlike states, promoting deep relaxation while training the brain how to access sustained tranquility. Our elevated sound bath is enhanced by the soothing qualities of cannabis, a pairing that will leave you restored and connected. Bring a mat or blanket to lay on, and any other item to ensure maximal comfort.
Following the sound bath, there will be live music, food vendors, crafting, and other festivities to enjoy throughout the day at Blacklist Brewing CO. Our friends at the Pottery Burn will be hosting Paint Your Own Pipe, alongside tasty bites from Johnny B's Food Truck and Duluth's Best Bread! Enjoy a complimentary Superior Cannabis Stōkt Seltzer or edible as you arrive. Sample other products from Superior Cannabis Company and mingle with the community as you select your space for the sound bath. Allow yourself to release into the mornings elevated sound bath experience. Programming lasts an hour, with guided meditation to start the session accompanied by a bespoke crystal healing bowl set. Registration required for attmitance. Bring a mat or blanket to lay on, and any other item to ensure maximal comfort!
