A-Team Officiating was founded by Eddie Kelley in 2021 and began hosting an annual officiating camp in the Houston Area that same year.
Following his passing in May of 2025, the A-Team Officiating LLC is dedicated to maintaining the camp and standard of excellence that Eddie Kelley was able to build.
Our mission is to preserve the legacy of the officiating camp established by our founder Eddie Kelley and continue training and developing the future of collegiate and professional officiating.

Eddie Kelley
The A-TEAM Officiating Camp is an annual educational event that provides football officials the opportunity to hone their officiating skill set. The purpose of this clinic is to teach 8 person mechanics/philosophies to all levels of officials no matter their experience. Our goal is to prepare you for the upcoming season and the next level.
This officiating camp is a three-day event that will have classroom and on-field training at various local school districts. The scrimmages and classroom training sessions will be April 30th – May 2nd, 2026.
