Officer Women Leadership Symposium (OWLS)

Power of Connection: This event theme emphasizes the profound impact that relationships have on personal growth, resilience, and collective strength. This symposium explores how strong connections to – self, a community of warriors, and the world – provide insights and skills necessary to lead for impact.

Open to military and veteran women officers, officers-in-training, senior enlisted women (E6+), and government leaders (GS 12+) are encouraged to attend.

2 April, 2025 9:00-5:00pm: Career Workshop – Professional development workshops, opportunities to network with top-caliber, military friendly employers and resources that assist military women in advancing their career goals and/or making successful career transitions after their military service.

2 April, 2025 5:00-6:30pm: Evening Reception (Career Workshop and OWLS attendees are invited to attend.)

3 April, 2025 9:00-5:00pm: OWLS – Keynotes, panel discussions, and inspiring speakers in an event that brings together fellow women military and veteran leaders, experts, innovators, and thought leaders from all services.
