Gary Weissel
MANAGING OFFICER-
TRONOS AVIATION CONSULTING INC.
 Gary Weissel is the Managing Officer of Tronos Aviation Consulting and leads all of the firm’s aviation related assignments. He has over 30 years of aviation industry experience and is the internal expert on the aircraft interiors, passenger interior products, program management, sourcing, market forecasting, growth strategy and contract negotiations. Mr. Weissel has provided advisory services to OEM’s, airlines, VVIP’s, MRO’s, Tier 1, 2 & 3 suppliers, investors, leasing companies and start-ups in the aviation industry. Prior to starting Tronos Aviation Consulting, Mr. Weissel was the co-Managing Officer of ICF SH&E’s Aviation and Aerospace Practice. He joined SH&E in 2000 specifically to start the Aircraft Interiors service line for the firm. He has extensive experience at market forecasting, strategy and technical management programs throughout the aviation industry. Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Weissel was a Senior Program Manager with B/E Aerospace’s Seating Products Group where he was responsible for seating programs on a large variety of wide and narrow body Boeing and Airbus aircraft models. Mr. Weissel began his career with 9 years at Delta Air Lines in a variety of engineering and management positions. Mr. Weissel is a regular speaker at industry events and is often quoted in the aviation media. He holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology where he regularly guest lectures.

Dean has been the President of FSI for 10 years. Prior to FSI, Dean held various leadership positions throughout the Aerospace industry including the VP Operations at Aviation Partners Boeing and General Manager at Hexcel/Heath Tecna Structures and Interiors. After receiving his BS IEOR at U.C. Berkeley, Dean began his career as an Industrial Engineer at Douglas Aircraft Company. Dean has an MS degree from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
FSI is the U.S. subsidiary of European aerospace composites manufacturer FACC. Founded in 1989, FACC manufactures complex components and major assemblies for all the major OEMs worldwide. FSI is a commercial Component Repair Station in Wichita, KS and a Business Jet Interiors Repair/Refurb center headquartered in Melbourne, FL., and is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2024.

As the former CEO of successful aerospace company Texas Air Composites, Randy (also known as The Business Crusader) is able to utilize his unique professional insight and hard-won credentials to inspire and mentor newly minted entrepreneurs. As a firm believer of Open Book Management and "The Great Game of Business", Randy is a sought after speaker and resource who is focused on guiding entrepreneurs towards their goals of profitability and positive business culture. With a record of over 35 years of service in Aviation, and feats from Senior Powerplant Engineer for world-renowned engines and subassembly components such as the Pratt & Whitney JT8D, JT9D, 2035 to CEO, Jeff brings the skill and wisdom needed to take ACDc and their customers into the future of the field.

As one of the founding members of the ACD conference that would eventually become ACD consulting, Jeff is dedicated to offering full turn key certification services to the aviation industry.

​Jeff currently holds DERT-510376-CE Engines/APUs/Fuel– originally appointed in 1992, a repairman's certification, is an acting Quality Manager, Accountable Manager, and Repairman for a variety of FAA Approved Repair stations. Hundreds of Major Repairs have been approved in his careers as well as many individuals mentored to be current DER holders.
