Through practical case scenarios, participants will examine how case managers and social workers can identify vulnerable adults at risk and navigate ethical and legal pathways to protect them while preserving dignity. The presentation will highlight interdisciplinary strategies that support safe care planning, advocacy, and appropriate protective interventions when autonomy begins to decline.
