24th Annual “Thomas A. Buzek” Educational Outreach Golf Outing

The 24th Annual Ohio Valley Chapter (OVC) Golf Outing has been scheduled for 12:00 on Monday, June 24, 2024, at Traditions Golf Club, Hebron, KY. In the past twenty-three years, this event has raised more than $153,000 for scholarships to students in a Master’s Program in Civil Engineering, undergraduate students in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, as well as local outreach events.
The success of this golf outing is largely due to the support of the Suppliers, Contractors, and Vendors alike, which participate in what has become a very meaningful and popular event. This year we are again looking for your support for this event. We are offering 3 levels of sponsorship, Gold ($500), Silver ($250) and Bronze ($150), which entitles you to a hole sponsorship and public recognition during the dinner and awards ceremony. All sponsors are invited to participate in the golf outing. Anyone interested in golf only are also invited to participate in the event at the rates listed below. In addition to the hole sponsorships, we are again looking for sponsorship donations for lunch, dinner, the beverage cart, and outing shirts. If you are interested in either a full or partial sponsorship for any of these items, please call for details. Donations are also being accepted for items to be raffled during the dinner and awards ceremony.
The Ohio Valley Chapter will also be holding their summer meeting the day of the event, at approximately 9:00 am. All are invited to attend.

Individual Golfer - $200
Foursome - $775
Sponsorships (Do not include golf)
Gold - $500
Silver - $250
Bronze - $150
Golfing fees include: Green Fees, Cart, Lunch, Dinner and Beverages throughout the day.
