Don your most glamorous Flapper or Speakeasy attire and travel back to the 1920’s where a roaring Great Gatsby Fundraiser is all the rage. Enjoy your Champaign or Old Fashioned to the lively tunes of jazz music. Try your hand at the Casino tables for Poker, Blackjack, Craps or Roulette. Dine on fine food from local eateries while drinking in the beauty of the lovely desert landscape. Raffles and auctions await your arrival under the bright twinkling stars or follow the path to the beautiful pond where you can snap a photo to preserve one of many wondrous memories of a beautiful moment that will last your lifetime. Return to present day with all your mementos and clear a spot on your wall to hang your 1920’s black and white portrait for friends and family to enjoy.
This rare time travel is hosted by Green Fields School
in the Accelerated Elementary and Secondary District to bring people back to a time and place where everyone can forget the troubles of today, if only for one evening. Your enjoyment is totally tax deductible and all proceeds are directly invested into our future, educating students who will grow to be responsible citizens of society. Part of the memento you bring back from the 1920’s is the Charitable Tax Letter that will be given to you upon admission, covering all your costs for your attendance.
To further assist us in raising money towards students’ tuition, we invite you to join the Arizona Tax Credit Program. This program allows you to direct your owed Arizona taxes towards ensuring that our students will be even more positive and impactful contributing members of society than those of today. When you donate your owed Arizona taxes through the STO’s, please be sure to choose Accelerated Learning Laboratory-Green Fields School
and select general funds with IBE Institute for Better Education
and/or APESF Arizona Private Education Scholarship Funds.
Our Company Profile
Green Fields School (GFS) is a private, non-profit school, serving kids in grades K-12, utilizing the Accelerated Learning Laboratory’s advanced teaching methodology, challenging curricula, and above grade level instruction. GFS also offers an on-campus preschool. ALL
is the only “known” school in the United States to have developed a multi-push, cognitive science based, accelerated, educational system that has demonstrated high levels of effectiveness across broad socio-economic and cultural diversity. ALL’s innovative educational practices and strategies have demonstrated high effectiveness with academically advanced students, academically at-risk students, and high needs students, thereby meeting the educational needs of every child at Green Fields School. Students are taught by highly qualified and passionate instructors who hold advanced degrees, most with multiple PhD’s, and are experts in their fields/content area. We believe the best education this nation has to offer should be equally accessible to all children, regardless of ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic background, gender, or family dynamics. We’ve been successful in demonstrating that all students can exceed learning expectations when their innate skills are nurtured through pedagogy grounded by “Cognitive Science Research” and Best Instructional Practices.” Students’ metacognitive and soft skills are nurtured in a challenging, supportive, and civil environment. ALL believes knowledge should be free and ALL freely shares its insights, innovative practices, and outcome data with interested parties such as educational and research institutions.
Our Top Three Projects
Johns Hopkins University’s Research: Our English Language Arts (ELA) curriculum is in the last phase of being evaluated by Johns Hopkins University’s Research team for certification.
School Maintenance and Repairs: In the fall of 2019, Green Fields was saved from being razed to the ground after the former management team filed for bankruptcy. Endeavoring to preserve and continue Green Fields’ history, Accelerated Elementary and Secondary Schools purchased the Green Fields campus, its entity, real property, intellectual property, etc., in addition to the many years of neglected and delayed maintenance. Even though funds and manpower are not in large supply, we’ve been able to complete some much-needed repairs, maintenance, and replacements (new well and new drinking fountains with filling stations). Of course, there is still more to be done. If you would like to help, please contact us; we have an extensive list.
Sports: Thanks to Coach Greg Cooke’s hard work, tennis balls are meeting tennis courts once again. Coach Greg has been teaching tennis lessons to excited players, from the very young to the young at heart. We are actively recruiting other coaches to bring our kiddos football, basketball, baseball, track, and field, and so on.
