The Advanced Functional Fabrics Summit is Back at Fenway Park!

We gather AFFOA members and the greater ecosystem from across the US each year at the Advanced Functional Fabric Summit. Attendees learn about new advanced fiber and fabric technology developments, discuss future DoD and commercial needs, get updates on projects, and network with other members of our Fabric Innovation Network and DoD partners.

Advanced Functional Fabrics Summit attendees can promote their technologies by having demo tables and posters that are in the same room as the event. This gives you plenty of opportunities to promote your company and give hands-on demonstrations. The Networking Reception also takes place in the same room as the poster sessions and demo tables will be a particularly great opportunity to meet and share.
Poster Session
We want to make sure you get the most out of your attendance at this year's event, which is why we are inviting all members to participate in the Advance Functional Fabrics Poster Session. As a participant in the poster session, you will be emailed a template for you to create a poster that demonstrates your company's/organization's capabilities and accomplishments to share at the event. The posters will be on display throughout the entire Summit. You can answer questions and discuss your company in more detail with your poster during the networking reception.
There is no charge for poster displays or demonstration tables. Space is limited and is first come, first served. You can reserve your space as part of the registration for the event.

Demo Tables
Another way you can share your accomplishments, capabilities, and other innovations is by reserving demo table space at the Summit. There is no cost to participate, and it is a great opportunity to give the ecosystems hands-on experiences with your products/technology. And just like the Poster Session, your table can be on display for the entire Summit, and during the networking reception, you will be able to conduct demonstrations, share more information and answer any questions attendees may have.
