Why Have a Demo Table or Poster at the Summit?

Intimate, high-value environment:
The Summit is intentionally kept small to encourage meaningful connections—creating more opportunities to meet, learn, and grow your network.
Hands-on engagement:
Demo Tables and Posters are ideal for giving attendees a tactile, experiential look at your technology, products, and capabilities.
Showcase your achievements:
Highlight your latest innovations, case studies, and milestones with a dedicated space to communicate impact and potential applications.
Start conversations that matter:
Engage attendees in targeted discussions, answer questions in real time, and gather valuable feedback from researchers, fabricators, and end-users.
Full-event exposure:
Your table or poster can be on display for the entire Summit, ensuring continuous visibility from arrival to departure.
Networking reception impact:
During the networking reception, you can conduct live demonstrations, share additional information, and deepen connections with prospective collaborators or customers.
Please note: Due to the venue's size, there will be very limited space for demo tables and posters. While registering, you will be asked to describe what will be in your booth or the topic of your poster. This information will be used by the selection committee to choose which tables and poster locations will be awarded. You will be notified at least 30 days before the Summit whether your table or poster has been selected.
Demo Table Specs & Logistics
Here are a few things to know about Demo Tables at the Summit (Must attend both days of the Summit to participate):
1) Demo Tables are half of a 6-foot table. Meaning you will be sharing the table with another company.
2) Signs can be used as well, but they need to be small enough to fit behind your table. Standard pull-up banners are welcome.
3) The building is secure, which means you can keep your materials at your table overnight if you would like (AFFOA is not responsible for lost or missing materials).
4) Tables are pre-assigned, and there will be AFFOA staff on hand to assist you.
5) You can set up your table at 8:00 AM on day one of the Summit.
6) You can break down your table after the afternoon break.
