COURSE DESCRIPTION
This 4-hour course will cover basic information for Real Estate (RE) Agents to discover more about Short-Term Rentals (STR) and how to attract buyers, investors and businesses looking to source properties for STR.
GOAL
Agents will understand what it takes to locate a profitable property, financing, and insurance options and how to guide their buyer with resources to successful STR launch.
LEARNING OBJECTIVIES
Upon completion of this course students will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of:
- Understanding the hospitality mindset
- How to find STR properties for their buyers

- Identify red flags that could compromise nightly occupancy and rates

Amy Susanne Powers has been an award-winning Stager and Industry Leader since 2007. She is a member of the International Associations of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). She is also a trail blazer in the Short-Term Rental (STR) industry with her courses and expert designs nationwide.
Amy lives in Woodstock, GA with her husband, David, and 14-year-old child, three dogs and one cat. She also has two adult children. Karaoke, trivia night and great food will get her out of the house.
