Analysis Paralysis: Breaking Free from Indecision
Offices create a physical space for culture, productivity, and ideas to thrive. But what happens when the “office” is more nomadic, blended, and oscillates between living room, third space, or a headquarters? How do strategies for design, business and talent inform one another; nurturing long term growth outcomes? How do we lease, build, and inhabit spaces of engagement that create trust, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging?

These questions, and more, lead to an "analysis paralysis". We are faced with indecision about short term challenges with long term impact.

Join this session to explore how to leverage the design process early in procurement. Collaborating with the right partners (internally and externally) from the start helps best leverage the intersection between design, business prosperity, and talent strategies. If the pandemic taught us one thing it was the connectedness between design, business, and talent that nurtures success.
