Pastor Oluwatoyin Fafowora, M.D., Ph.D. studied medicine at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She proceeded to a residency in Ophthalmology, followed by a Glaucoma Fellowship at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, Nigeria. She worked at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England, and returned to UCH as Assistant Professor, and subsequently Associate Professor. She moved to the United States to join her husband in ministry in 2000.

She further completed a doctorate degree in Epidemiology (with a minor in genomics) at UCLA. She worked at the prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA, then as a Principal Investigator with the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda Maryland, followed by a stint as a consultant in the eye care section of the global pharmaceutical company Allergan. Subsequently, she was a consultant with the eye care device manufacturing company Staar Inc, in Monrovia CA, before entering full-time ministry at Jesus Embassy.

She is happily married to Pastor Olaniran Fafowora, Ph.D. and they are blessed with five wonderful daughters.

Tara Capalbo is an accomplished biopharmaceutical leader with 25 years of commercial experience across pharmaceuticals, medical device, buy and bill, at large global Fortune 500 organizations and at smaller privately held companies. She has an illustrious track record launching new products and new campaigns that accelerate growth, extend life cycles, and build markets. She recently started at Galderma as Head of US Aesthetics team. In her previous role, she led the commercial teams for the Glaucoma and the Ocular Surface Disease Eye Care businesses at AbbVie, which includes a surgical team, a buy and bill team as well as a traditional pharmaceutical team. Prior to this role she was Vice President of Marketing for BOTOX Therapeutic, leading an inline team of marketers across all indications of therapeutic BOTOX as well as pipeline strategy for toxins. During her tenure at AbbVie/ Allergan, she has led the successful launch of 6 products/ new indications across glaucoma, overactive bladder, spasticity, migraine and cerebral palsy, emphasizing best in class, innovative training, DTC optimization and patient access and support. Tara is committed to advancing women in leadership and is currently Co-Chair of Women Leaders of Octane and was previously awarded the HBA Luminary award. In addition, she is passionate about improving patient outcomes and is currently on the Advisory Board for the UCI Center for Health Care Management and Policy, on the American Glaucoma Foundation Advisory Board, has served on the Urology Care Foundation board and has partnered closely with patient advocacy and education groups including the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, the National Headache Foundation and the American Migraine Foundation.
She has an undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
