Exploring Acoustics in Biophilic Design
Wednesday, February 28, 2024 | 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Rapidly changing shifts in our society, such as urbanization and modern lifestyles, have resulted in the isolation of humans from our experiences with nature. Early research has shown that psychological effects of biophilic design on noise perception have a significant influence on well-being and health, such as focus, information retention, productivity, and creativity.

In this HSW-certified CEU presented by AOS + Frasch, learn how to identify the physiological and psychological effects of different soundscapes on people and ways to improve their physical environments through sound-absorbing materials, diffusion, geometry, ratio mix, and placement.

Food for thought! In addition to fueling your minds, we'll also be filling your bellies with refreshing drinks and delectable small bites. Please RSVP by end of day February 26th to save your seat!
