Join us on December 13th for a special Winter Solstice yoga class led by Paige Torres Toujouse! Get moving with a free, beginner-friendly, all-levels flow and enjoy healthy snacks so you can shine on and off the mat.

Feel free to bring a co-worker or friend! We encourage attendees to bring their own mat, but we have a couple extras if needed. Water and any additional equipment will be provided each class.
