Apollo High School Class of 2003
Yes...it really has been 20 years since we tossed our graduation caps to the wind! So much has happened in the last two decades, and it's about time that we all come together to reconnect, reminisce about the "old" times, and make some new memories!

Are you worried about who's going to be there? Don't be! This is going to be a blast! Stressed over what to wear? No big deal! This is a casual event. Just come as you are and come expecting to have an amazing evening with old (and maybe even new) friends.

Feel free to use this website as a resource. We also have a Facebook Page that will be regularly updated. Please encourage fellow graduates to come, and reach out if you have any questions or concerns before the reunion!

Also, during the registration process you will be given an opportunity to donate to the event. All donations are appreciated whether big or small, and they will do so much more than help us throw a party. Any money collected beyond the low cost of the event will be donated to the Local Education & Activities Foundation (LEAF).

LEAF is a non-profit organization that makes a HUGE difference for underprivileged Apollo students! You can learn more about it below, and you can even donate directly to them if you follow the link.

Get excited you guys! This is going to be a fun and meaningful event, and we can't wait to see you there!

MAKING A DIFFERENCE.....

The District 742 Local Education & Activities Foundation (LEAF) was founded in 1993 as a fully independent, non-profit organization for the purpose of promoting and enhancing school-based, extra-curricular activities and educational opportunities in District 742 Public Schools. LEAF’s endowment fund provides supplemental funding for academics, activities, arts and athletics in the district’s schools.

You can donate directly to the organization by clicking the "Learn More" button or you can DONATE USING PAYPAL! Thank you for making a difference in the lives of our hometown high-schoolers!

FRIDAY,    SEP. 8

APOLLO EAGLES vs LITCHFIELD DRAGONS @ Apollo High School
For any of you wanting to relive the feeling of those Friday night lights (and hopefully feel that new feeling of Apollo actually winning) a group of us will be at the football game cheering on the Eagles! Pull out your "vintage" Apollo swag and join us in the stands! See you there!!

P.S. Word on the street is the field is going to have some brand new turf installed for the upcoming season, so it might be worth showing up just to check it

"UNOFFICIAL" CLASS OF 2003 GOLF MATCH

No plans before the reunion? Wanna hang out with some former classmates beforehand?? We are hitting the green for a casual game of golf, so why not join us? If you are interested, please contact Casey Haugen: [email protected]

And remember that this is all for fun! It doesn't matter if you are a pro or a novice, all skill levels are welcome! According to Territory Golf Club's own website, "some holes stretch as far as 626 yards (par 5 – #10), yet each hole has five sets of tees making the playability manageable for all skill levels." You read that correctly: ALL SKILL LEVELS! So please don't be intimidated. Reach out to Casey to snag a spot, and plan on having a great time with some great people!

Doors open at 5pm! A welcome table (and welcoming committee) will be awaiting your arrival with sign-up sheets for trivia, raffles, plenty of door prizes, and opportunities to make a difference by donating to LEAF. Class of 2003 Awards & Trivia
It's been 20 years since we've graced the halls of Apollo High School. It's time to test your memory and knowledge of the people, places, and things that encompassed our world only two short decades ago. Prizes and bragging rights to the winners!

And of course, what is a class reunion without some awards? "Best Dressed", "Most Intelligent", "Most Likely to Appear on ESPN".....that's not what we mean. However, "awards" will be given to attendees in various categories. Who knows? You may go home with one!
50/50 Raffle and Door Prize Winners are Announced

Make sure you stick around for this! All winners must be present to claim their prize.

8pm - CLOSE
Social Hour & Music
It's time to squeeze in that last bit of socializing and maybe even a few dance moves! Keep in mind that the venue is only open until 10, which means you could "close it down" (like the good ol' days) and still get to bed before 11pm! s time

Back Shed Brewing is a casual, local brewery that offers a variety of hand-crafted brews on tap as well as specialty seltzers and non-alcoholic drinks. A food truck from Anejo's Mexican Restaurant will be parked and ready for your orders. If you'd prefer something else, you are welcome to bring along or order in the food of your preference. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space will give us all room to mingle and enjoy the evening. Bean bags and other games are available for our use, so arrive early if you want to join in a little lighthearted (or maybe not-so-lighthearted) competition.

FAQs
Q: IS THERE A COST TO REGISTER?
A: This event is donation based, as we are doing something better than just pooling money to throw a party. When you register we highly encourage you to donate.

Q: HOW MUCH SHOULD I DONATE?
A: We know everyone claims the standard $300 deduction for charitable causes on their taxes, why not make it legit this year?
In all honesty we recommend $25-$100++, or whatever you are comfortable with.

Q: WHERE ARE OUR DONATIONS GOING?
A: All proceeds will be donated to the Apollo High School Activities Participation Fund via the non-profit affiliate LEAF 742 organization that provides supplemental funding for academics, activities, arts and athletics. In other words, not only do you get to have a fantastic evening with fellow Apollo graduates, but you also get to see your donations make a difference in the lives of kids that are attending Apollo High School right now! How cool is that?!

Q: CAN I DONATE MONEY AT THE DOOR?
A: Of course we will take your money! There will also be raffle tickets you can purchase, and all proceeds from the raffle will go to LEAF.

Q: DO I HAVE TO REGISTER IN ORDER TO ATTEND?
A: Registration isn't necessary, but it only takes a couple of minutes to complete the registration form and we will be much more prepared to welcome you when you arrive! If at all possible, please register!

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION OR REQUEST A REFUND OF MY DONATION?
A: We understand that sometimes things come up and registered attendees might need to back out at the last minute. No problem! If you need to cancel your registration, please reach out to us. Refunds for any donations will not be issued.

Q: CAN I INVITE APOLLO GRADUATES FROM OTHER YEARS.
A: Absolutely!! The more, the merrier! Just remember that any "awards" will be specifically for the Class of 2003.

Q: DOES REGISTRATION INCLUDE THE COST OF FOOD AND DRINK?
A: Each attendee is responsible for their own food and drink. Feel free to come hungry or full. A food truck will have food available for purchase for anyone looking to grab a bite to eat. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase as well.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
A: Definitely wear clothing, but wear whatever you want to! Dress up, dress down, just as long as you come dressed that's all that matters.

Q: I'M A FORMER/CURRENT APOLLO HS TEACHER. CAN I ATTEND THE REUNION?
A: We would love to see our "old" teachers! Please join the party!

Q: WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE EVENT, WILL I NEED TO SHOW SOME KIND OF CONFIRMATION THAT I REGISTERED TO GET IN?
A: If you registered on the website, your name will appear on a guest list at the registration table. All you need to do is stop by the Welcome Table when you arrive and we can take care of the rest.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHO IS ATTENDING?
A: All registered attendees will be in the "Who's Attending" Section of this website.

Q: WHERE CAN I STAY?
A: There is a Hotel and Accommodations section on this website if you'd like to reserve lodging for the event. We will also be securing a block of rooms with nearby hotels and will update this website once we have specific information about it.

Q: WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT UNTIL AFTER 5?
A: Better late than never! Even if you can only make it for a short time, we would rather see you than miss you completely!

Q: CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
A: We do ask that attendees find alternate accommodations for their children. It's not that we don't want to see your beautiful kids, but the locale and vibe of the event won't be as conducive for young ones.

Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG?
A: Even though pets are allowed on the patio, we ask that everyone refrain from bringing their furry friends.

Q: I WOULD LOVE TO BE INVOLVED IN ORGANIZING THIS EVENT. IS THAT STILL AN OPTION, AND WHO DO I CONTACT?
A: Awesome! We can always use more help! Please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" section of this website.
If there is a question that you have that has not been answered above, please let us know! We are here to help you!
