DIAG USA creates innovative apprenticeship programs to strengthen German and American businesses and empower a skilled workforce. The German American Vocational Career Program was established to address the workforce skills gap in various industry sectors. The program mission is to support employers develop skills that are missing in today’s workforce by combining classroom education with hands-on and on-the-job-training in preparation for the needs of tomorrow. The program is designed to be flexible and adapt to industry and market needs. Participants learn in a classroom while holding a steady job with an industry strategic partner.

In this session, we will present how DIAG USA provides an infrastructure between colleges, students, and industry partners. We will present how DIAG USA programs work, how to get involved as a business and which benefits we have to offer to companies.
