Sr. Karolyn is the Vocations Director of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Martyr St. George. She graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville, having received a Bachelor’s degree in Theology with a concentration in Religious Education and a Masters in Catechetics and Evangelization. In taking her religious name after Pope St. John Paul II, her goal is to live his encouragement to “Be Not Afraid” and “Duc in Altum…Put out into the deep,” never settling for shallow living. She loves road trips, the ocean, arts and crafts, and has a reputation for being a human jukebox. 

Katie Prejean McGrady is a wife, mom, award-winning author, international speaker, podcaster, and daily radio show host of The Katie McGrady Show on Sirius XM 129. Katie worked in youth ministry and high school education for many years and, since 2017, has been speaking full-time at events for young people, parishes, parent groups, fundraisers, retreats, religious education conferences, and more. Katie works with and writes for Ave Maria Press, Our Sunday Visitor, Blessed is She, Aleteia, and the Grotto Network. She appears as a Catholic commentator on CNN and is a consultant for the USCCB working group on youth and young adult ministry.

Fr. Emmanuel Mansford, CFR, was born in London, England. He served as a missionary with NET Ministries from 95-98 and joined the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal in September of 1998. He was ordained in 2007 and spent 7 years at the Friars’ Mission in England. He has served as the Vocation Director, is now Director of Formation for the Community. He currently resides at St Michael’s Friary in Paterson, NJ. Fr. Emmanuel has been involved in the Charismatic Renewal since 1992 and wrote his Master’s Thesis on Baptism in the Holy Spirit, entitled, “A Catholic perspective on ‘Baptism in the Holy Spirit’.
