First Aid and CPR training is not just for medical professionals. No one knows when an emergency will arise. That's why we all know its important to take this training so we can help until medical help arrives.
And just like First Aid, ASIST is not just for Mental Health Professionals, but for anyone who wants to learn how they can help when someone is struggling with thoughts of suicide.
Often when someone is struggling with thoughts of suicide, the first people to know are those around them, friends, family, coworkers, class mates, teachers, coaches, neighbours.
If you want to be prepared and know how to help someone with thoughts of suicide, then I invite you to join us for our next 2 day training.
