Let us toast to the holidays with local BAAR Art Journey residents, artists, art enthusiasts, collectors and friends. Guests will be able to peruse the exhibitions BERLIN FILES ( an extension of the UNAPOLOGETIC exhibition of the BAAR Art Residents which took place at Stiftung Starke in mid October ) and the solo exhibition Oceans and Stars and Tulips ( Ambrose Rhapsody Murray ).
BAAR Art Journey and Residency artists include African Diaspora and LatinX artists: Adana Tillman, Alphonce Odhiambo Ojwang, Carl Hazlewood, Kendra Dandy, Nanette Carter, Cory Ford, A. Stoyke, Hamisi Mwangome, Rafaella Braga, and Francisco “Totem” Perez.
This year, as we celebrate the holiday season, we ask guests to feel free to BYOB of sparkling or vino to share with old friends and new friends, and/or come as you are, and enjoy jazzy tunes, good vibes and great art. We want this evening to be intimate, collaborative, and fun in order to embrace both art lovers and community. It's been a monumental year for us, and socialising with those who enjoy conversations about society and art is a great way to wrap up this year.
BAAR, BODE Projects, and our artist community look forward to sharing time with you on December 15, 2022 from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM. Feel free to wear your favorite holiday outfit, and please RSVP asap so we can plan our celebration.
