From age 21, Lance's dream has always been to help people and organizations find success. Over the last 25-plus years, his journey has taken him through the roles of husband, leader, entrepreneur, and pastor.

His current focus is on expanding his weekly leadership and personal development workshop, Coffee with Champions, to Chambers of Commerce across the United States.

When not working with other leaders, Lance can be found hiking, enjoying good food, and traveling with his wife and business partner of 25 years, Jessica.
