About the EventAt PalmLeaf, we know the value of caring for the body. Therapeutic massage, acupuncture, movement, and good nutrition are powerful ways to support health. They keep the physical body strong, and many of our clients already experience the benefits of this kind of care.
But health is more than physical. Modern science shows that your body is constantly renewing, guided by an underlying intelligence that keeps everything working together. Ancient wisdom points to this same intelligence as the source of both body and mind.
When we lose touch with that inner intelligence, life’s challenges can feel heavier. Energy becomes harder to sustain, balance feels out of reach, and the body and mind seem out of sync. Awareness helps change the story. What comes at you in life does not have to affect you in the same way. Awareness gives you options to meet situations differently, and those options can support your overall well-being.
That is why PalmLeaf Massage & Wellness is offering Awakening the Body’s Intelligence, a three-part interactive series designed to complement the outer care you already receive here with the inner awareness that can strengthen everything else you are doing for your health.
You will find this journey practical, uplifting, and enjoyable. It is a chance to learn about yourself in new ways, to recognize the intelligence that has always been present within you, and to discover how simple awareness practices can support lasting balance.
Your JourneyWeek One: Remembering the Body’s IntelligenceWe begin by looking at the body in a new way. Instead of seeing it as something fixed, you’ll start to notice how it is always renewing and how an underlying intelligence guides this process. With a mix of science, wisdom, and simple practices, you’ll pause, reflect, and reconnect with that intelligence in ways that feel natural and doable.
Week Two: Discovering the Layers of SelfIn the second week, the journey moves inward as we explore the idea that we are more than just our physical body. You’ll be introduced to the concept that each of us is made up of five layers, and we’ll approach them in a simple, experiential way. This will help you begin to notice how different aspects of yourself, from energy to emotions to inner awareness, are always shaping your daily life.
Week Three: Noticing What Blocks and What NourishesIn our final week, we’ll turn our attention to what can get in the way of feeling balanced and what supports vitality. You’ll be invited to notice what feels heavy or draining, and also what nourishes and uplifts you. Through light awareness exercises and practical tips, you’ll see how small shifts in attention and choice can support resilience and clarity.
What You’ll Receive- Three engaging workshops (60–75 minutes each): Interactive, practical, and uplifting, with short awareness practices woven into each session
- Weekly workbooks: Reflection prompts, journaling space, and mini challenges to make awareness personal and fun
- Practice toolkit after each session: Simple awareness practices, tips, and exercises you can continue using at home
- Audio recordings: Guided practices (5–15 minutes) to support you during the week
- Workshop recordings: Each full session recording will be available for one week, so you can revisit or catch up if you miss a class
