Registration Opens
Registration opens at 5:00 PM, each attendee will receive two (2) drink tickets.
5:30 PM
Appetizer Stations Open
Appetizer stations will open at 5:30 PM and include the following:
- Mashed Potato Bar: Butter, shredded cheese, scallions, bacon, mushroom, sour cream (vegetarian, gluten free)
- Pretzel Bar: Bite size soft pretzels with seasonal mostarda, whole grain mustard, and beer cheese dips
- Wings:
- Sauces include Guinness BBQ, buffalo, soy-gochujang
- Dry rubs include jerk, lemon pepper
- Dips include ranch, blue cheese
- Fried Cheese Curds: Wisconsin cheddar, parmesan, siracha aioli (vegetarian)
