The annual conference and AGM is always the highlight of the BAFTS year. It's a great opportunity to meet up with old friends, make new ones and spend time with like-minded people. If you are involved in or interested in fair trade, this is the must-go conference for you this year. You don't have to be a member of BAFTS to join in the fun.

With excellent speakers, panel discussions, a trade show, shop/supplier 'speed-dating', good food and evening entertainment on the Sunday, there's everything to like.

We hold our annual conferences in different geographic locations each year to ensure it is accessible to members around the country at least sometimes.

This year, we are very excited to be gathering at the very centrally located 'Good Company Tap Cafe', a social enterprise venue that is a stone's throw from Great Portland Street underground station and within walking distance from Euston, King's Cross and several other stations and bus stops. It is a really interesting and versatile space serving ethically sourced food and drink.

Refreshments will be provided throughout the conference as well as a buffet lunch on Sunday and Monday and a hot meal on the Sunday evening.

We work hard to make the conference accessible to all. The price for the whole 2-day conference, which includes meals, refreshments and entertainment, is £40 for members and £50 for non-members.
