Junior ClassesEvery junior player should develop a strong foundation for their game. It's important to build the right habits from a young age and adjust any bad habits right away. The beginner classes provide a fun introduction to tennis, while geared towards proper development from the beginning. The more advanced classes meet you where you are and set you on the path to progress.
Adult Classes We believe adults should have the opportunity to improve their shots, footwork, and overall level while getting great exercise. The classes will include a combination of both active instruction and lots of playing. Each class is carefully designed to provide the best overall experience.
Yoga TennisYoga Tennis is a thoughtful combination of our yoga classes and tennis for exercise. Start with a warmup of easy-to-follow exercises that activate all muscles and joints and get you feeling ready to go. Many are familiar with a sun salutation, we call this the tennis salutation. End the practice with a series of stretches and breathing exercises that will take you into a state of bliss and deep relaxation equal to a few hours of deep sleep for the body. Finish feeling relaxed and energetic ready to attack the day. Great for before work and for all levels of tennis.
Wellness for Excellence is scientific yoga from a certified instructor that presents a holistic approach to living well. The objective is for you to feel and be at your best. This is a comprehensive program focused on mental health, body care, breath, and spirit. It is
always tailored to the individual to tackle specific areas of need. The goal is to apply a list of practical steps to cultivate excellence in health/wellness, sports, academics or career, and one’s overall life journey.
