BASA AGM and Industry Lunch 2024

This years Business Forum, AGM & Industry Lunch will be held at the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry on Thursday 7th March.

Members are welcome to book additional places for any guests, all non members can network in the Mezzanine area during the members only AGM portion, before lunch commences. Everyone who has a paid ticket will have the option of going on a tour of the MTC after lunch.

MTC Building - Security Policy
If you wish to go on the tour you must bring a current and up-to-date, valid passport.
If any visitor does not hold a valid passport, they can bring a current and up-to-date British Driving Licence plus one of the following: Birth Certificate, Naturalisation certificate, Leave to Stay certificate. They must bring both with them, not one or the other.

Should you have any Russian, Chinese, Iranian, North Korean, Belarus, Syrian or Ukraine nationals in your delegation, due to the nature of the projects we’re working on, they will not be able to access the MTC building, unfortunately. We require a full visitor list to pre-register guests onto the security system.

By Car
Onsite parking is available free of charge. Delegate parking is located at the front and side of the AMTC building. Access to the car park is
controlled by a security barrier. On approach to the barrier, delegates will need to press to buzzer to announce their arrival to security.
When leaving the car park, delegates will need to drive up to the barrier which will lift on approach, follow directions here.

The closest railway station to Ansty Park is Coventry. The Ansty Park X30 bus service travels via Coventry Train Station.
