For those who get in quick we have a limited time early bird offer of £85 per person (£850 for a table of 10). Please note this price is only available for bookings received between Thursday 29th August and midnight on Friday 11th October 2024. Any bookings received from Saturday 12th October 2024 onwards will revert to the normal cost of £98 per person.

Our awards dinner this year carries the theme 'Masked Bollywood Ball!'
Although dressing to the theme is encouraged, it's not mandatory. The dress code if you're not considering Bollywood is black tie.

We do have special rates arranged with the hotel for this event - this rate is only valid until 24th October 2024 after which the hotel will requote. Our special rates are:
Hepburn House standard rooms, single occupancy: £161.50
Mansion House standard rooms, single occupancy: £181.50
There is a supplement of £10 for double occupancy. Upgrades are available at an additional cost.
